Some time back I heard someone give an interesting shiur during Parshas Noach that often words appear that have meaning in our time that would not have had such meaning in older times.
I see the word chomos - last word on 2:11 - I don't know if the arabic behind the terrorist group's name in their language is with their hei or ches sound. A similar word appears at 10:18 in the middle - hachamosi. There is a mention of Aza right in the middle of 10:19 as well. Has anyone ever heard these points addressed in the context of our current events? |
