Parshas Noach

"Why are you still calling the shadchan (matchmaker) daily? Isn't your
son engaged?"
"My son did get engaged, but there are still plenty of other people not
married!!"

"Make a 'tzohar' for the ark" G-d commanded Noach. ( Biraishis 6:16)
One explanation that Rashi gives for "tzohar" is a window. Rav Moshe
Shatzkes, the Lomzher Rov,z"tl, explains that G-d wanted the people in the
ark to constantly be aware of the tragedy outside !!
