Rabbi Frand writes the following story in his book 'An Offer You Can't Refuse':

He was feeding the baby when a guest who was staying at his house came downstairs and said 'Can I feed the baby? It's a Mitzva - feeding a hungry Jew'

I find this story very inspiring. Many times when my baby (on the left Wink ) wakes up in middle of the night I think that it is a mitzva to feed a hungry jew (even if that hungry jew is my son and it is 2:00 in the morning!!)

Have you read anything inspiring recently?

Yea, I read a couple of articles on aish.com about this. One called 'Dining with dignity' about a soup kitchen in Jerusalem that's like a restaurant, and another article called 'Love's pantry' about a girl and her family that shared her bat mitzva celebration with improverised families and the article also talks about the org. yad eliezer. Very nice articles

Thanks for sharing Sharona, sometimes when I read something inspiring it can change my whole perspective. It can be a real pick-me-up.
