I envy her; if I only needed to change my clothing I would do it happily. However, in the many years since we converted my wife, children and myself all took on the lvush of the charedim that we live around. There is absolutely no clothing distinction. There is and has not been television. My wife gave up her drivers license. They were very clear when I sent a shaliach. No yichus, no chinuch. Having charedie parents is the one thing that I cannot create. I would if I could, it would be good for my children.

Words fail me at the actions of such supposedly frum people.

What do the Rabbonim connected with the school have to say about it? Do they also treat Geirim as second class citizens?

I have been to more rabonim than I can count.
Usual answers;
There is nothing I can do
The school is run by a board, not me
Why should our school destroy it's reputation by taking oustiders.
We are full (walk the halls there are empty seats and meanwhile they are taking other peolpls children into the same classes; I guess they thought I would not notice or they don't care if I notice).
One of my favorite vists was to an oldr Rebbe that runs a cheder and girls school, and they are far from full. After all the usual excuses he began to nod off and mumbled to himself about my ethnic inferiority. Learning yiddish has been a mixed blessing, now I understand when people are insulting me. An FFB friend that had accompanied me to help build my case turned pale, we quickly excused ourselves, the FFB friend begged for mechilah. I gave it he stopped making himself available. As he said it's more than he could handle. How come I don't get such and easy out? One more for the record. I finally got to meet a Rebbe of world renown, his NY kehilla is huge. He would see what he could do. One of his gabaim tracked be down on my way home a few weeks later. They would help me but I needed to become known to the kehilla by supporting their institutions. A mere $40,000.00 donation would get consideration to take my children in school. If sombody can show me where my children can get a haimish chinuch to match the derech that we taught them at home, in a mosod that is not ethically and morally bankrupt I am taking suggestions. For those that don't believe what happened these people are so confident in their superiority that they don't even deny what has happened. They truly believe that I deserve to be discriminated against.

Shalom,
I have read with great interest the posts at this board and would like to share a joke (I hope I am allowed to and if not please remove it)
Here goes: Dovid is walking down the street and he is so sad that his tears are flowing.
G-d see's him and asks "Why are you so sad Dovid?"
To which Dovid replies "Lord it is my son Michael,I raised him well.My wife and I we taught him Torah. He studied with the Rabbis, he observed Halakah,He Davened in the Minyah,he did mitzvahs and tzaddakeh he is a good Jewish boy G-d!"
"Then, last night he tell's my wife and I he is born again as a christian!" Oh, Hashem tell me what am I to do?"
To which G-d replied "Tell me about it!"
