I would like to inform all my friends in this torah community about the birth of my daughter over Shabbos. May we all share Simchos together.

Mazal tov! Were you conned into doing the breathing exercises or you've graduated from that already. It's usually significant for first time fathers who don't know any different. After the second child, the men realize it's big farse and don't do it. he he! Again mazal tov for making more Jews. With a father like you, she can't go wrong.

Many blessings to your little Shabbos queen and family. We are in the same boat because I have a three month old grandson who was also born on Shabbos. I am looking forward to meeting him.
