Does anyone have last year's hebrew calendar handy? Can you tell me what the jewish date for the 4th September 2004 is? it's my sons birthday and i can't remember the exact jewish date...

18 Elul, there are sites that you can convert hebrew and english dates, if you do a search on google, and type in "Jewish Gregorian calendar" they will come up

He was born in the morning - so no problem of knowing whether he was born before or after shkeiya (sp?)

Here's a link to a program called "Kaluach" which I have been using for the past 4 years. http://www.kaluach.org/

You can get a copy of a software program called "Kaluach" which is a Jewish calendar covering thousands of years, giving you dates of holidays, parshas, candle-lighting times, etc. It covers hundreds of cities throughout the world, and switches from English to Hebrew - plus lots of other fun gadgets.
