Question:
Kabbalic numerology and the study of the importance and the significance of HaSh-m's use of specific numbers in the Torah has been investigated by our Rebbes almost ad infinitum. This is a survey to find out how many Jewish people actually consider the numbers of things they buy, dates they schedule on, etc. in daily life (not considering the holidays where portions of gelt are usually called for).

Choices:
I consider the numerological value of dates before scheduling events
I consider numerical significance of Hebrew names for my children
I consider numerical significance to dates, names, money, and anything else important
I never concern myself with this issue

I consider using prime numbers whenever possible, or multiples of 7. My Grandmother trained me to do so, saying the prime numbers were a sort of testifying to ONE G-D (indivisible) and multiples of seven were often given due to the importance of it in the Torah. She always called three and seven G-d's favorite numbers (hence the seven candlesticks, the seven days of creation, and the beit din).
Shalom,
Yocheved
