I received this email today. This is what it said:
Hi, I read your post on the Janglo list. The site looks very interesting - I was wondering what the exact aims of the site/organization are? I would certainly consider getting involved; I would just like to clarify what it’s about, where it’s headed, etc. This was my reply: The goal is to create a Torah community where the needs of each individual member can be meet and everyone comes out winning. A Yeshiva is a place where the people are there to come closer to Hashem by learning, sharing and clarifying the wisdom of the Torah. I believe the Global Yeshiva can do this on a worldwide level. If everyone puts there 2 cents in the results will be incredible. It’s the ultimate search engine – the search for truth! I am sure you can only gain by becoming a member. PS: Of course there is no replacement for sitting in yeshiva all day. with warmest regards, Rabbi Eliyahu Mitterhoff This message has been edited.
