is one allowed to tell lashon hara if its in the paper i remember learning when i was younger if more than 2 ppl know than you can say, so if its in the paper are you allowed to say lashon hara

I learnt, if I remember correctly, that the Chofetz Chaim wrote in his sefer Shmiras Haloshan, (I don't recall the location of the source), that it is prohibitted, since not everyone reads the paper and it would be Loshon Hara. And it's not 2 people but rather 3 people.

There are a number of criteria that needs to be met first too.
