Rebbi said: whoever is (Osek)involved in Perek Shira in this world ...I testify that he is destined for The World To Come... and is saved from the evil inclination... and from harsh judgements...and from the accuser...and from all types of enemies... and from the birth pangs of the Mashiach...and from the judgement of Gehinnom:
And he will merit to Learn..To teach...to guard ... to do...
His learnings are a kiyum...and his days are lenghthened... and he merits Life in the World To Come...
the question is How is one osek in Perek Shira???

Please forgive my ignorance, I feel your question may have to do with what i asked Rabbi Mitterhoff.
Could you please tell me what Perek Shira means?
Many thanks in advance.

Perek Shira is a Brysa(a text handed down from our oral tradition)The Mabit holds that it was originally written by Adam Harishon

I don't have much of an expertise on Perek shir. I first seen it while sitting in a shul in Monsey this Pesach. BUt maybe an explanation could be as follows.
first, what is the meaning of th Perek that animal, vegetable and mineral praise Hashem? Maybe that if someone looks in the whole creation you can see the handiwork of Hashem and the great wisdom of how to make them. Therefor, just by seeing the creation it "calls out" the praises of Hashem (see avodah zara 17A bottom Tosfos for a similar case to interpet either the angel in charge of the object Angel or this would be what the object would of said)
Hence, if someone does not merely say it, but actually put this in his mindframe when he veiws the world, where ever he goes he seeys the hand of Hashem there and there is no more Shvisi Hashem greater then this

I see it as more then just "seeing" G-ds hand in everything , I believe that Israel unlike the rest of the nations have not yet been bestowed with blessing of song as we once had been , The nations are shining at the moment because the world is at thier level of song ,but Israel has yet to be heard , When Moshiach is revealed I believe he will be the conductor of our nation and the whole world will experience The song of songs and hence the light of Israel will be revealed . In other words it is not our turn to take the stage just yet.

I disagree. If one would study the "Song of Creation", one would see that it is not a song of victory or a song of defeat, but rather a song about Hashem's greatness, which exists whether or not Klal Yisrael has the upper hand or not.
We still say plenty of Shira to Hashem, whether it is Shiras HaYam or Hallel. It is more of a private Shira between us and Hashem. It doesn't matter how it is perceived by the nations of the world.

RAV CHAIM , WHO EVER MENTIONED VICTORY OR DEFEAT? FIRST OFF: HASHEMS GREATNESS IS REVEALED THRU ISRAEL ,SECOND: WE ARE THE PURPOSE OF CREATION , THIRD : WITHOUT ISRAEL THE WORLD WOULD NOT EXIST. THESE ARE FACTS NOT THEORIES. AND IT DOES MATTER HOW IT IS PERCIEVED BY THE GOYEM BECAUSE IT IS WRITTEN THAT ALL THE NATIONS WILL SEE THE WONDERS HASHEM WILL DO FOR ISRAEL. IF ONLY THE GOYEM NEW WHAT BLESSING THEY WOULD RECIEVE THRU OUR RESTORAL , THRU OUR REDEMPTION . YES HASHEMS GREATNESS EXIST WITHOUT US , ON THE OTHER HAND THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF CREATION WAS FOR OUR PURPOSE , LIKE KING DAVID SAID " WHO CAN PRAISE YOU FROM THE GRAVE"? I AM SORRY BUT I BELIEVE THE SONG OF CREATION IS FOR US "ISRAEL" FOR IF NOT ? THEN WHO WOULD READ IT OR RATHER WHO WOULD SING IT ?

I think you're mistaking Of what the "song of creation" is refering to. It's not a poetic phrase for the purpose of creation, but rather an actual (for lack of a better word) "prayer" called "Perek Shirah" which is a Braisa (a text handed down from our oral tradition) that The Mabit holds that it was originally written by Adam Harishon, as was explained in an earlier posting. The Shira is available if you want to find it (I'm sure in Israel there are many places that sell them, not to mention in NYC).
The basic Shirah talks about different praises of Hashem from Psalms and other places that are said by animal, vegetable and mineral. For example...The sun says a verse , trees say a verse, crawling animals say averse etc. you get the idea
(my remarks of victory or defeat was to your remark that the nations shining moments and Israel is not at centeral stage, I was just pointing out that the shira had nothing to do with jews and non jews)
