I do not recall all of the details, but I remember hearing somewhere (in one of our Midrashic books) that she was related to Yesro (Jethro) from, I believe, her maternal line, and was descended from Joseph on her father's side. I'll have to check the source again to be sure.

I do not recall her name being mentioned.

The gemara in Baba Batra 113a does not discuss the wife's tribe.
The midrash on Pinchas in the beginning of Parsat Pinchas that Eleazer married one of Yitro's daughters or maybe his greatgrandmother was from the family of Yitro.
Not familiar with a midrash that mention someone from the tribe of Ephraim.

David Ben-Avraham,

Is that not refering to Pinchas's parents? See first Rashi on Parshas Pinchas and Sifsei Chachamim (that the wife of Elazar was descended from Yisro).

Yes, upon second considerations (after reviewing the text in Midrash Rabba, section Pinchas, this past Shabbath), it was Pinchas's maternal grandfather who was from Putiel (Yisro), and when he had slain Zimri ben Salu, chief of the tribe of Shimon, he was attacked verbally by the populace, saying that a man whose grandfather (Yisro) had once fatted calves to be offered unto idolatry, had just killed a chief of the tribe of Shimon. To which answer the Torah brings down his illustrious line: "Pinchas, the son of El'azar, the son of Aharon," etc.

Couldn't find any reference showing the name of his wife.

Duvid,

In Bava Basra 113a, we learn that Pinchas took a wife (allegedly from the tribe of Ephraim), and that she died during the lifetime of those who would have inherited her property (such as her father's relatives). Then, suddenly, the natural heirs of her property also died during the lifetime of Pinchas, leaving their property unto Pinchas.

She is from the tribe of Ephraim since as the sentence says Eleazer his son buried Pichas in Givat Pinchas in Ephraim.
