I didn't even look at selecting an avatar (the pciture icons by user names) when I signed up. I would like to look at these now and maybe select one, but when I go to "my space" there is no edit profile option for me to choose. Is this option now closed? If not, how do I access editing my profile to add one?

Also, if it's ok, I created an avatar made of two shins (consisting of both a 3-headed and a 4-headed shin). There is nothing else in it but these two letters. Would it be okay to upload it as my avatar?

I'm new to blogging, so I haven't quite figured out how these things work yet. I have the shin picture that I created on my computer right now. Do I have to set it up on the internet somehow and "link" to it?

Are you sure you do not have a edit profile button on the upper right side or your profile?

And yes you can upload your profile from the "edit avatar" option once you get in to edit your profile.
